We don’t have any physical stores. We are an online store based in Singapore that ships worldwide.
You can place your order via our website and we will ship your items to you.
Which Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship to every country in the world! While we are happy to ship to international customers, we do ask that you adjust your expectations. Shipping food items internationally is complex and there are many regulations involved. If you live far from Singapore or in a country with inefficient logistics infrastructure, then please do understand that the delivery will take longer and we (Tasty Duck) cannot be held liable for these delays or inefficiencies.
Customers are responsible for checking with their local Customs office to ensure the products we sell are legally allowed to be imported into their country. Tasty Duck will not be held liable for any parcels not delivered due to the products not complying with local regulations.
How Much Are The Shipping Charges?
The shipping charges depend on the weight, quantity, and destination country of the order.
The website will calculate the shipping charge automatically and display it to you in the Cart after you add some items to the Cart. Then you can proceed to make payment and complete the Checkout.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Due to the COVID19 pandemic causing massive reductions in commercial air cargo capacity along with passenger flights, parcel deliveries are taking significantly longer than usual. While we are accepting and shipping out customer orders, you need to be prepared to wait 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Please note that once the parcel ships it is the customer’s responsibility to track their order via the provided tracking numbers. Tasty Duck is not able to contact your local post office for delivery updates or rescheduling. We do not have any additional information regarding your parcel location beyond what you see on the postal tracking page.
Why Has The Tracking Stopped Once The Parcel Reached My Country?
If you see there are no further updates after the parcel has reached your country, then it has likely entered customs inspection. This usually adds a week to the delivery time and is something beyond our control. Once the parcel is released from customs the parcel delivery will resume.
We are unable to provide any further information beyond what the carrier provides. All the information we have is available to customers via the tracking link provided.
How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your parcel has been mailed.
Where Will My Order Ship From?
We cut out the middleman so that we can offer you the biggest selection and lowest prices. That’s why your order will ship directly from our warehouse in Singapore (home of the Salted Egg Fish Skins and Potato Chips).
Returns / Exchanges / Duties & Taxes
What Is Your Returns & Exchange Policy?
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for food safety reasons.
We strictly do not allow refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (change of mind) or errors you have made while placing your order. We will not be able to amend or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.
Will There Be Any Duties Or Taxes?
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office to determine what duties or taxes (if any) will be applied to your order by your local customs authorities.
